Websites an AI agent can make yours in one session.
Custom templates by Steve. Each one is a real site I ran, with the product taken out and the plumbing left in, built the way I build everything now: with Claude Code doing the typing.

Templates
02 / What agent-ready means
Five things, every template
AGENTS.md
Tells the agent where things live and what never to touch.
Tokens, not hex
Every colour and typeface is a variable in one place.
Content as data
Markdown or typed data with a schema, never prose inside components.
Pre-build checker
Fails the build on broken content, missing images or bad alt text.
Explains itself
llms.txt, JSON-LD, sitemap and feeds where they apply.
The test is simple. Hand the repo to Claude Code, Codex or Cursor with the sentence “make this my site” and your name, and the agent should finish without asking where the colours live or what the content schema is.
04 / How buying works
Free ones are a public repo. Paid ones arrive by email, for now.
A free template is a GitHub template repository: press “Use this template” and it is yours, no account with me, no newsletter. A paid template ($9, $9, $9) is the same repo with a licence to use it on any number of your own sites, not to resell. Where a template shows a Buy button, checkout is Stripe: pay, give your GitHub username, and the invitation to the private repository arrives within a minute. Where it does not yet, write to info@southofordinary.dev with the template name and I will send the invoice and the invite by hand. Updates for a year, in writing, no calls.
Who is Steve? Someone who builds and migrates websites for a living and keeps a bench of electronics, radios and half-finished theories at home. The templates are the useful part of that; the rest used to live here and does not need to. Say hello, in writing.
